1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using kormiia.com (the "Site") or requesting a consultation through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be physically located in a state where we provide services at the time of your consultation. We currently provide telehealth services in California only.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about your health, medications, and medical history. Providing false or incomplete information may result in a prescriber declining to treat you and may be dangerous to your health.
3. Nature of Services
Kormiia™ operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed prescribers and coordinates dispensing through a licensed partnered pharmacy. Kormiia™ is not a medical practice and does not practice medicine or pharmacy. Prescribers exercise independent professional judgment. Kormiia™ does not control, direct, or influence a prescriber's clinical decision.
A consultation with a licensed prescriber is required before any medication is prescribed, compounded, or shipped. Submitting a consultation request, completing an intake, or selecting a plan does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A prescriber may decline to prescribe, request additional information, or recommend an in-person evaluation.
4. Telehealth Informed Consent
By requesting a consultation, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
- Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable a licensed provider to evaluate and treat you at a distance, rather than in person.
- The provider may not be able to perform a physical examination, and a diagnosis or treatment plan may therefore be based on information you self-report.
- There are potential risks to telehealth, including that information transmitted may be insufficient to allow appropriate decision-making; that delays in evaluation could occur due to technical failure; and that in rare cases security protocols could fail, causing a breach of protected health information.
- You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent to telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care.
- You have the right to seek in-person care at any time, and the provider may recommend or require that you do so.
- Your health information may be shared with other individuals for treatment, payment, and health care operations purposes as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- You are responsible for informing the provider of any adverse reaction or change in your condition.
5. Prescriptions & Compounding
Kormiia™ is a brand name for a compounded preparation containing sildenafil citrate and tadalafil, both phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacist to fill an individual patient's prescription pursuant to Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. While the active ingredients in Kormiia™ are used in FDA-approved products, the compounded combination itself has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Kormiia™ makes no claim of FDA approval.
Dose, strength, and quantity are determined by the prescriber based on your individual circumstances — not by the plan you select on the Site. Refills require prescriber review.

7. States Serviced via Telehealth
Kormiia™ currently provides telehealth services in the State of California only. We do not consult with, prescribe for, or ship to patients located in any other state or country. This page will be updated if and when our prescriber and pharmacy licensure expands to additional states.
8. Shipping
Currently we only ship within California. We do not ship to other U.S. states, to U.S. territories, or internationally. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Shipping timeframes begin only after a prescription has been issued and the pharmacy has compounded and verified the preparation.
9. Payment, Returns & Cancellation
- There is no charge to request a consultation. You are charged for medication only if a prescription is issued.
- Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time before the next fulfillment date by contacting support@kormiia.com.
- Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed, in accordance with California pharmacy law. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective order, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it.
- Kormiia™ does not bill insurance. Prices are self-pay.
10. No Medical Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Site. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
11. Emergencies
The Site and our services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain, or signs of an allergic reaction.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Site and our services is subject to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to that information.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Kormiia™ mark, is owned by or licensed to Kormiia™ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Kormiia™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. References to these products are for identification of active ingredients only.
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kormiia™ disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for professional negligence by a licensed provider.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
